A Non-Binding Commitment Agreement

1. Purpose
The Fulcrum Force Pact (hereafter “Pact”) outlines a good-faith understanding among the undersigned and The Fulcrum Collective by Network ’n’ Chill (hereafter “Organization”). This Pact signifies each party’s intent to collaborate, share resources, and support the Organization’s mission of empowering underrepresented professionals, business owners, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

2. Nature of Commitment
This Pact is a non-binding statement of intent. It does not create a legally enforceable contract or establish any formal partnership or joint venture. Rather, it represents a voluntary agreement to work together in pursuit of shared objectives.

3. Shared Objectives

• Empowerment: Provide mentorship, resources, and support to disadvantaged professionals and small business owners.
• Collaboration: Engage in open communication and knowledge-sharing, fostering collective growth and innovation.
• Community Building: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen professional networks and create equitable opportunities for underrepresented groups.

4. Role and Responsibilities of the Undersigned
By signing this Pact, the undersigned agrees to:

1. Act in Good Faith: Offer time, expertise, or resources as reasonably available to advance the Organization’s charitable and educational programs.
2. Uphold Values: Promote inclusion, respect, and integrity in all interactions under the Organization’s banner.
3. Maintain Confidentiality (as applicable): Treat any non-public information shared by the Organization or its participants with discretion, unless granted permission to disclose.

5. Role and Responsibilities of The Fulcrum Collective by Network ’n’ Chill
The Organization, in turn, agrees to:

1. Provide Clear Direction: Communicate upcoming initiatives, events, and collaboration opportunities in a timely manner.
2. Offer Resources: Facilitate networking sessions, workshops, or educational materials that enable participants to contribute effectively.
3. Encourage Feedback: Maintain an open channel for the undersigned to offer suggestions or express concerns, ensuring a transparent and supportive environment.

6. Term and Termination
This Pact remains in effect for as long as the undersigned and the Organization both wish to continue their collaborative efforts. Either party may withdraw from this Pact at any time, upon written or electronic notice to the other party, without obligation or liability.

7. No Legal Obligation
This document is intended solely as a statement of mutual intent and is not legally binding. Neither the undersigned nor the Organization shall be liable for any breach of this Pact. Any binding arrangements, if required, shall be documented in separate, written agreements as needed.

8. Acceptance
By signing up, each party recognizes the shared intent to collaborate and support The Fulcrum Collective by Network ’n’ Chill in advancing its charitable mission. Both parties acknowledge that this Pact reflects collective aspirations rather than a formal legal commitment.
